The Orange County Performing Arts
Center opened in 1986 with its 3,000-seat Segerstrom Hall and
intimate 250-seat Founders Hall. In 2006, the Center expanded its
venues to include the 2,000-seat Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert
Hall and 500-seat multi-functional Samueli Theater. The Center’s new
facility, which also includes a studio theater and education lab,
joins the adjacent Tony Award-winning South Coast Repertory and a
site for a future visual arts complex to create Segerstrom Center
for the Arts.
