LAYAWAY CONTRACT TERMS

       Layaways require 40% down immediately.

       The remaining balance can be paid by making either weekly or bi-weekly payments until one (1) week prior to event. 
 

       Normal layaway length is four (4) weeks but this can be extended for larger purchases.
 

       Payments must be made regularly, as scheduled, and must be paid off one (1) week or seven (7) days prior to the date of event.  

       If more than 2 payments are late or, if the layaway is not paid off in full by one (1) week or seven (7) days prior to the event, the ticket(s) will be returned to stock. 

       If items are returned to stock, there will be NO REFUND/NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
