The marriage is over for Shaquille O’Neal and Shaunie, and this time it’s for real. Two years ago, the O’Neals separated with both parties accusing each other of cheating. Now, Shaunie has filed for legal separation citing irreconcilable differences. What pushed Shaunie over the top? Shaq has been accused of having an affair with another player’s fiancée. He also been accused of playing house with a Cleveland stripper, and there’s talk of a baby. Shaq is now playing basketball with the Cleveland Cavaliers. When he moved to Cleveland, Shaunie decided to stay in Florida with their kids. Why won’t Shaq stop cheating? Shaunie and Shaq have been married for seven years, and they have four kids. Shaunie is seeking child custody and spousal support.

Another marriage going bust is Toni Braxton and Kerry Lewis of Mint Condition. Braxton and Lewis have been married for 8 years, and they have two kids. At a recent taping of The Soul Train Awards, Toni performed a song with Singer Trey Songz, and they started tongue kissing each other in front of her husband. Right after this incident, Toni and Kerry announced their separation. Sources say their marriage has been in trouble for a while. Many feel Braxton let her home go into foreclosure to avoid having to pay Lewis any alimony money. This could get interesting. Braxton has a new album coming out in February called Pulse.

BeBe Winans has been banned from The Oprah Winfrey Show. BeBe was tapped to host her Thursday Karaoke Challenge, but his ex-wife Debra put a stop to that. Debra Winans went public complaining that Oprah was supporting an abuser. Earlier this year, BeBe Winans was arrested for pushing down his ex-wife during a domestic dispute over their kids. Debra called Oprah hypocritical because The Mighty O blasted Chris Brown over the Rihanna incident, but she allowed BeBe to host a segment on her show. A spokesperson for The Oprah Winfrey Show says BeBe Winans won’t be back on the show until his domestic issue is resolved. He has a court date set for early next year. The stance for The Oprah Winfrey Show is they will not tolerate domestic violence of any kind.

What’s going on with Paula Abdul and Arsenio Hall? The two have rekindled their romance after 20 years. Abdul has been trying to get her career back on track after American Idol, and Hall has been trying to resurrect his career.

Papa Joe sit down! Joe Jackson’s request for an allowance from the Michael Jackson estate has been turned down. Papa Joe says Michael promised to take care of him for the rest of his life. Papa Joe was left out of Michael’s will. Joe says the lawyers for the estate should be removed. Katherine Jackson receives $26,000 a month from the estate. The kids get $60,000 a month. They were included in the estate, but Papa Joe was left out. Now a judge has ruled that Papa Joe cannot get a dime from the estate.

Vivica A. Fox is returning to TV. Fox has joined the cast of the Nickelodeon show True Jackson VP. KeKe Palmer stars in the show as a 15-year old who becomes a fashion executive. Fox will play her mom. There is also a movie being made based on the TV show. Tyler James Williams, who played “Chris” on Everybody Hates Chris, will star as Palmer’s love interest.

Katt Williams is in trouble again. The 38-year actor/comedian just got out of jail. He was arrested in Georgia last weekend for burglary and trespassing. Williams claims it was a misunderstanding. He says he was in Georgia filming a movie and was staying with a friend when the friend turned on him. Williams has been in trouble a lot over the past year. Does Williams have a substance abuse problem? Is it mental illness, or is he just plain crazy?

Diana Ross is loving her role as Nana. At 65, the former Supreme and Motown legend is a first time grandmother. Her eldest daughter Rhonda recently gave birth to a son. Miss Ross shares grandparenting duties with Berry Gordy because he’s Rhonda father.

Jamie Foxx and Martin Lawrence are joining forces for a movie….. about their leading ladies. Martin Lawrence has “Sheneneh” from the Martin show, and Jamie Foxx has “Ugly Wanda” from In Living Color. At The BET Awards earlier this year, the two teamed up for a well received parody. Well in the new movie, which Foxx wrote and Lawrence is produced, they will play bank robbers.

Pam Grier has joined the cast of the CE show Smallville. Grier, 60, will play a villainess. She debuts in January.

Morgan Freeman has settled a lawsuit with a female passenger who was traveling in his car when it crashed. The 72-year old Oscar winner almost died in a car crash last August. He broke his arm and elbow, and his female passenger suffered injuries that left her unable to walk. Freeman’s new movie Invictus, about Anti-Apartied Activist and former South African President Nelson Mandela opens in theatres on December 11th.

What’s up with Allen Iverson? The former basketball sensation has left the building. Once the hottest star in the NBA, he is now a laughing stock. Iverson has taken a leave of absence from the Memphis Grizzlies saying he had to deal with a personal matter. Sources say he’s upset because he is no longer a starter, and he hates coming off the bench. Will Iverson retire? His career has not been the same since he left the Philadelphia 76ers’. His stints in Denver and Detroit did nothing to further his career. He’s 34-years old, and lately he has been plagued by injuries.

Basketball legend Kareem Abdul Jabbar has been diagnosed with leukemia. The 62-year old hall of famer has been battling leukemia for the past year. He says his prognosis is encouraging.

Jennifer Lopez’s first husband won’t leave her alone. Lopez’s first husband Ojani Noa was married to Lopez for 11 months, and now is shopping a sex tape featuring Lopez. Lopez recently won a court order to stop the tape from being released. The tape features over 11 hours of unseen home video footage from their honeymoon. Ojani Noa describes himself as an immigrant, chef and model. He claimed Lopez cheated on him during their marriage, and he got a raw deal. Lopez’s lovers included P Diddy and current husband Marc Anthony. Noa has a score to settle with Lopez. He is also trying to market a movie about his marriage to Lopez called How I Married Jennifer Lopez.

Oscar Winner Denzel Washington is headed back to Broadway. He’ll be starring in the August Wilson play Fences. The production starts next spring. This is the second Broadway run for Denzel. Back in 2005, he starred as “Brutus” in Julius Caesar. The original production of Fences was in 1987, and it starred James Earl Jones. That year it won a Tony Award and The Pulitzer Prize For Drama.

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster is featured in the new issue of Ebony magazine. Foster admits it was foolish to run off to Brazil for cosmetic surgery so soon after having a baby. Earlier this year, Foster had a heart attack while undergoing surgery. Foster just gave birth to her second child by Usher. She says she was in a hurry to look beautiful for her husband. This has been a tough year for Foster. Despite her efforts, the marriage ended and she only receives child support for her two kids by Usher. Foster gave up everything to be with Usher. She was married with three kids when she left that marriage to be with him. Now she has nothing.

Aretha Franklin’s new album, Falling Out Of Love, is coming out early next year. The album is being sold in a special promotion with Wal-Mart.

How can Dancing With The Stars win their audience back? Sources say they may bring back fan favorites from past seasons such as Mel B and Joey Fatone from N’SYNC. This season has been lackluster because of the lack of stars.

The new issue of Essence magazine features Steve Harvey and his wife Marjorie. Harvey talks about his renewed faith, and how his wife changed his life.

Donald Trump wants to help Omarosa find a man. Omarosa and “The Donald” made headlines with the debut season of The Apprentice. Omarosa was the ultimate villainess, and now she wants a man. Omarosa has a new reality show coming to TV One, and The Donald will be giving her advice as she sets about finding a man. Omarosa’s Ultimate Merger debuts next year on TV One.

Get ready for Thanksgiving and Beyonce. The Beyonce Thanksgiving Special will air Thursday, November 26th on ABC. Her latest DVD, I Am Sasha Fierce, arrives in stores that same week.

Essence magazine has published a new book, The Obamas In The White House: Reflections On Family, Faith And Leadership. The book features speeches and over 80 photos.

Eddie Murphy is coming to America’s Next Top Model. Murphy will be in the audience during the November 18th finale to cheer on his daughter Bria. Bria is a beauty just like her mother Nicole, and Bria will be working it with the models on the show.

Morris Chestnut is getting rave reviews for his ABC drama V. The show airs Tuesday nights on ABC.

Queen Latifah will be starring in the holiday campaign for Macy’s Department Stores. She’s also on tap to host the People’s Choice Awards on CBS January 6th.

The Jackson brothers are trying to plan a reunion for their classic song I Want You Back. The song is 40-years old, and the reunion could coincide with the debut of their A&E reality show. The show debuts December 13th.

Regina King’s cancelled NBC show, Southland, has been picked up by the TNT network.

Mary J. Blige’s new album, Stronger, is coming out December 15th.

At the movies this week, Philly native Lee Daniels’ film Precious. I had a chance to see this movie, and it was awesome. This has to be one of the best movies I have ever seen, and I think it is Daniels’ best work. The movie stars newcomer Gabourey “Gabby” Sidibe (Ga-bo-ray Sa-dee-Bay) as the 16-year old girl who suffers unspeakable abuse. She is amazing. In real life, she is a 26-year old student, and Precious is her first acting gig. Daniels admits he found a gem in Sidibe. Mo’Nique is off the hook. She makes the character “Mary Jones” come alive. She’s brutal, honest and raw. There are so many great performances. Along with Mo’Nique, Paula Patton and “Gabby” Sidibe, there’s Sherri Shepherd, Mariah Carey (You won’t recognize her) and Lenny Kravitz. The movie opens nationwide November 13th. Speaking of Paula Patton, she and her husband, Singer Robin Thicke, are expecting their first child. Thicke has a new album called Sex Therapy coming out December 8th.

The long awaited sit down interview between Oprah Winfrey and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is happening on Monday, November 16th. The former vice presidential candidate is promoting her new book, Going Rogue: An American Life. Winfrey came under a lot of heat when she refused to interview Palin during the 2008 presidential campaign.

Janet Jackson will be doing a prime time TV interview with Robin Roberts on the 18th. She also admits in the latest issue of People magazine that she and Producer Jermaine Dupri are still a couple. He says he gave her some space to heal following her brother Michael’s death. Janet is coming out with a greatest hits CD. The Number Ones arrives in stores November 17th. All the favorites will be featured: What Have You Done For Me Lately, The Pleasure Principle, Control, Diamonds, Love Will Never Do Without You, Black Cat and Let’s Wait Awhile, to name a few. One new song will be featured called Make Me and Scream, her duet with brother Michael.

Speaking of Michael, The American Music Awards air on ABC November 22nd, and Jackson is up for five awards based on his record sales this year. Maxwell, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Mary Mary and Keyshia Cole are also up for awards. Jay-Z and Alicia Keys will be performing their hit song Empire State Of Mind. Also performing that night is Whitney Houston, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna and Mary J Blige.

Speaking of Alicia Keys, she has a new album, The Element Of Freedom, coming out on December 15th. She is also coming out with a new line of handcrafted jewelry. Plus, she’s launching a new website, Iamasuperwoman.com. The site will be devoted to spotlighting inspirational woman.

The Soul Train Music Awards are set to return November 29th on BET. Chaka Khan, Charlie Wilson and L.A. Reid & Babyface will be the special honorees. Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard are hosting the show. Scheduled performers include Toni Braxton, Robin Thicke, Fantasia and Boyz II Men, and there will be a special tribute to Michael Jackson.

Jennifer Hudson is gearing up for her ABC holiday special. Jennifer Hudson: I’ll Be Home For Christmas will be filmed in Chicago.  The show airs December 14th.

Get ready for the return of Angie Stone. The new album unexpected comes out November 24th.

Flavor Flav is coming back to TV. Flav is filming a new reality show where he goes back to high school. Flavor Flav is 50, and he dropped out of school in the 10th grade. Flav says he wants to make his family proud.

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith will be hosting this year’s Nobel Peace Prize ceremonies.

The stars came out for Lionel Richie and a taping of UNCF’s Evening Of Stars. The show airs in January and will feature Stevie Wonder, Brian McKnight and Natalie Cole.

Idris Elba, Michael Ealy and Rapper T.I. will be starring in the new movie Takers, which opens in theatres February 19th, 2010.
