Doctor Murray speaks, and he says I Have Faith The Truth Will Prevail. Murray served as Michael Jackson’s personal physician at the time of his death. Murray wants to clear his name. He doesn’t want to be the fall guy. Murray says he has been in seclusion and has to have a bodyguard at all times because of all the death threats. An arrest could be coming soon, and Dr. Murray will most likely face manslaughter charges. Jackson’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, will also be arrested and charged with medical malpractice. His arrest could come in early September. Katherine Jackson is considering filing a wrongful death suit involving her son’s death. A major TV deal is being discussed with the family, but don’t look for Jermaine to be involved. Jermaine has angered his mom and the rest of the family with his side deals. They feel he is only looking out for himself so he can revive his career. The King Of Pop will be buried on what would have been his 51st birthday on August 29th. It is going to cost the family $50,000 to bury Michael in a private ceremony. In other Jackson news, the estate is growing. The King Of Pop has been dead for almost nine weeks, and already the estate has made $90 million. Another $90 million is expected to be gained before the year is out. The executors of the estate, Attorneys John McClain and John Branca, have been making deals for the merchandising of Michael Jackson related items. In October, the movie This Is It: His Final Concert Rehearsals will be released to theaters.

Whitney Houston will kick off the 24th season of The Oprah Winfrey Show. It’s been almost seven years since The Princess Of Pop sat down with The Mighty O. Whitney’s new album, I Look To You, comes out August 31st. Whitney will visit Oprah two weeks later on September 14th.

The latest drama from The Real Housewives Of Atlanta. NeNe Leakes admits to being a former stripper. In her latest book, Never Make The Same Mistake Twice, Leakes takes on the issue. She says it is what she had to do for her family. Leakes is happily married now. But, she says years ago she had a rough period in her life, and she is not ashamed of what she had to do. Kim Zolciak’s mystery man is also being revealed. He’s married Real Estate Mogul Lee Najjar. Najjar is the mysterious “Big Poppa.”

Sherri Shepherd of The View is the cover girl for the latest issue of OK magazine. She talks about she lost 41 pounds without undergoing surgery. She did it through diet and exercise. Her new sitcom, Sherri, debuts on October 5th on the Lifetime network. On the show, Sherri plays a divorced mom reentering the dating scene. Malcolm-Jamal Warner from The Cosby Show will play her cheating ex-husband. James Avery (“Uncle Phil” of Fresh Prince fame) will play her dad. Shepherd has a new book coming out Permission Slips: Every Woman’s Guide To Giving Yourself A Break.

Mo’Nique is also talking about losing weight. In the new issue of Life And Style magazine, she talks about her weight loss, so far close to 50 pounds. Mo’Nique’s new late night talk show debuts on BET this fall.

Queen Latifah has two movies coming out next year, the romantic comedy Just Wright with Common and Valentine’s Day with Jamie Foxx.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been named Ambassador for the diabetes awareness campaign. Johnson is a diabetic, and he follows fellow Spokespeople Halle Berry, Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Dustin Hoffman.

Lisa Raye McCoy Missick, the former First Lady Of The Turks And Caicos Islands, graces the cover of the new issue of Jet magazine. Lisa Raye talks about the scandal, the heartbreak and the triumph of being married to Prime Minister Michael Missick. The late Reverend Ike is also profiled in this issue of Jet.

Denzel Washington may be headed back to TV. The Oscar winner is in talks to be the executive producer of a new cop drama called Billy Stiles. In the 80’s, Washington shot to stardom in the Emmy-winning drama St. Elsewhere.

Bobby Brown is a wanted man. He is behind on his child support payments. Brown owes $45,000 to his two teenage children who live in Massachusetts. In 2007, he spent four days in jail when he fell behind in payments. A warrant is out for his arrest.

Singer Natalie Cole is doing well. Back in May, the 59-year old singer underwent a successful kidney transplant surgery.

Tameka Foster Raymond is ready for her closeup. She is in talks to get her own reality show. Now that her husband Usher is divorcing her, Tameka has to make a way of life for her and her five children.

Mary J. Blige will be guest judging on American Idol during their Atlanta tryouts. Next month, she’ll be co-starring in the new Tyler Perry movie I Can Do Bad All By Myself. The movie also stars Gladys Knight and Taraji P. Henson, and opens in theatres on Taraji’s birthday, September 11th. In more American Idol news, Paula Abdul may be returning- if the price is right! Mariah Carey’s new fragrance, Forever, is coming out next month. Carey is gearing up for a busy fall. Her new Lee Daniels movie, Precious, comes out in November. And, we are weeks away from the release of her latest CD, Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel. I hear she does a remake of the Foreigner classic I Want To Know What Love Is.

Tyra Banks is kicking off her new season in a big way. On the season premiere on September 8th, Tyra takes the wig off. There will be no wigs, no weave, no ponytails and no bun. It’s going to be Tyra….. au natural. For the first time, we are going to see Tyra’s real hair.

Mad Style by True Jackson is the new clothing line by KeKe Palmer based on her hit Nickelodeon show. The line will be sold at Walmart and will feature sneakers and dresses. The price is $14 and under.

The new FOX sitcom Brothers keeps the guest stars rolling with Kim K. Kim Kardashian will play herself in an episode set to air in October. The show stars former Football Star Michael Strahan, Darryl “Chill” Mitchell, Carl Weathers and Emmy Nominee CCH Pounder. The show debuts September 25th.

At the movies, the Chris Rock documentary Good Hair coming to theaters October 9th.

Comedian/Radio Host D.L. Hughley will be a special correspondent when Jay Leno launches his prime time show. The Jay Leno Show debuts on NBC September 13th and his first guest will be Jerry Seinfeld with first musical guests Jay-Z-, Kanye West and Rihanna. Now speaking of Jay-Z, he’s going to help Oprah kick off her new season. In addition to appearing on her show, he will be featured in O magazine. Jay-Z will take Oprah to the Brooklyn projects he grew up in, talk about how he made his fortune and life with wife Beyonce.

Season one of The Game TV show is coming out on DVD in September.

Get ready for the new animated series The Cleveland Show. The show debuts Sept. 27th on FOX and will feature the voices of Sanaa Lathan and Reagan Gomez-Preston.

Beyonce is leading the pack for The MTV Video Music Awards. The awards show airs September 13th.

BeBe and CeCe Winans are back together. Their new single is called Close To You. The new album comes out in October.

Actress Kim Coles is coming back to TV. Coles is best known for her role as “Sinclair” on the TV show Living Single. Coles will be starring on the new BET game show Pay It Off. She’ll be helping people get out of debt. Now speaking of game shows, Wayne Brady will be the host of the new version of Let’s Make A Deal. The show debuts in October on CBS.

Tyler Perry is gearing up a busy fall. The promos have already started for his new Madea movie, I Can Do Bad All By Myself. The movie hits theaters on September 11th, and will star Taraji P. Henson, Mary J. Blige and Gladys Knight. Of course, Perry returns as “Madea.” He’s also has his new project with Oprah Winfrey, the Lee Daniel film Precious. Precious hits theatres on November 6th, and is based on the novel Push by Sapphire. Precious stars Mo’Nique, Paula Patton, Mariah Carey, Lenny Kravitz, Sherri Shepherd and newcomer Gabourey “Gabby” Sidibe.
