Marion Jones is turning to the President
Bush for help. The disgraced Olympic track
star is desperate to get out of jail, and
she is seeking a presidential pardon. Jones
is currently serving a six-month sentence
for lying to federal agents about steroid
use and her part in a check fraud scam.
Jones started her sentence in March, and is
scheduled to be released in October.
Bernice and Martin Luther King, III have
released a statement regarding their current
family turmoil. Why are they suing their
young brother Dexter King? They say it’s
their duty to keep their dad’s legacy
alive…We Love Our Brother, But He Just Can’t
Take Money From The Foundation. The King
children have been feuding for years. Three
years ago, they fell out over the sale of
the King Center in Atlanta. |
|
Dexter is furious over the lawsuit. He feels
his brother and sister have taken the low
road. No one needed to know he moved to
Malibu, California. He says he has the bank
statements to prove he didn’t take any
money. When asked about how he was
maintaining his high end lifestyle, he had
no comment. He claims this is all ridiculous
and embarrassing for the family.

Why is the Reverend Jesse Jackson suffering
from foot in mouth disease? His ex-mistress,
Karin Stanford, has an explanation. Stanford
is the mother of Jackson’s youngest child.
Ashley is nine years-old. While she is being
taken care of financially by her dad, she
has little contact with her brothers and
sisters. She is not considered a part of the
Jackson family. Stanford says she is not
surprised by her ex’s comments regarding
Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack
Obama. His mean-spirited comments about
cutting off the Senator’s private parts and
using the N-word sent shockwaves across the
country, but according to Stanford, Jackson
is in a lot of pain. She says he feels
guilty about becoming an out of wedlock dad
late in life. When this happened, it bought
great embarrassment to him and his family.
His wife Jackie allegedly threatened his
life when she found out. This is not how a
reverend should behave, and he had a lot of
explaining to do. He looks at what he did
with his own family, and sees he is no
better than many other men who have made
mistakes.

Last week’s James Brown auction did not net
as much as expected, and his children are
glad. The auction was supposed to take in
millions, but it barely made a million. Some
of the items auctioned off included
personals such as combs, hairdryers,
clothing, capes and even a medical bracelet.
Brown’s children opposed the auction because
it was being held to pay off taxes on the
Brown Estate. So far, no money has been
divided among the children because his known
children have been ordered to undergo DNA
testing. Before any money can be given out
from the estate, all siblings have to take a
DNA to determine if Brown was their father.

Cannon, has been trying to prove that he is
more than just a kept man. Cannon has been
spending his money trying to make his wife
happy. The only problem is….. he doesn’t
have much money. Over the past couple of
years, he has been making money dee-jaying
at sweet 16 parties and Bar Mitzvahs. Once
he married Carey, she told him he had to
step up his game and only do high profile
