Another young woman who was caught up in R Kelly’s spell is speaking out. 21-year old Maxine Daniels is the daughter of music Vet George Daniels. Her stepmother is Regina Daniels, who served as Kelly’s publicist for 14 years. Last year, the Daniels broke off their relationship with the singer when they discovered he was having an affair with their daughter. They felt Kelly crossed the life because he has known Maxine since she was seven years old. He was sleeping around with their daughter behind their back! How could he? Spokespeople for Kelly claim he was encouraged to date Maxine, almost pushed into it. But, when he fired Regina Daniels for incompetence, all of a sudden they had a problem with him being with her. Well according to Maxine Daniels, this is not true. She says she made a big mistake getting involved with R Kelly. She says she was swept up by his charm and generosity. She says the affair lasted 4 months, and Kelly is just trying to defame her parents. Maxine says the truth should be known about Kelly to warm other young girls.

Why is Prophetess Juanita Bynum stalling her divorce proceedings? She filed for divorce in September, but she won’t show up to court to get the ball rolling. Last August, Bynum’s husband, Bishop Thomas Weeks, was arrested after allegedly attacking her in an Atlanta parking lot. Bynum said the marriage was irretrievably broken, and she cited cruel treatment. Does Bynum want to stay in the marriage? Will she forgive her estranged husband, or will she show up to court and end the marriage?

Janet Jackson new album Discipline comes out February 26th. She’s scheduled to appear on Good Morning America to celebrate the album’s release.

Singer Mario has joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars. The new season kicks off March 17th. Other contestants include Oscar Winner Marlee Matlin, Priscilla Presley and Jason Taylor of the Miami Dolphins.

The movie Cover opens in theaters on the 22nd. The movie is a murder mystery about Down Low Men. Bill Duke directed the movie which stars Clayton Prince, Vivica A. Fox, Louis Gossett, Jr. and Leon. The DVD of the movie arrives in stores on May 13th.

Despite being a married man, Gary Coleman says he holding onto his virginity. Coleman recently announced that he has been married for the past eight months to a 22-year old woman. The woman is a foot taller than the former Diff’rent Strokes star. When asked why the marriage hasn’t been consummated, Coleman says it will happen when it happens, and he is in no rush.

India.Arie says she is not appreciated in the music business. Arie says she refused to attend the Grammy Awards because the same people win every year. She says if you are not in the “in crowd,” you do not fit in.

People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals (PETA) is coming after The Queen of Soul. The organization wants Aretha to stop wearing furs. In a statement to The Queen, they noted that fur is old fashion and it adds pounds that detract from her beautiful voice. They suggest she donate the furs she loves to wear to the homeless, and follow in the footsteps of “The Queen of Compassion,” Mariah Carey, and stop wearing furs.

Despite her recent front cover on Essence magazine as one of Hollywood’s movers and shakers, it was a lonely birthday for Tracey Edmonds. Edmonds recently turned 41, and friends say nothing could cheer her up. Despite her public breakup with Eddie Murphy, friends say she misses him and wishes they could work it out. Edmonds loved being attached to the Hollywood superstar, and the publicity she got out of it.

It’s just the exact opposite for another one of Murphy’s exes. Nicole Murphy is in love, and she’s talking about it. In a recent interview, Nicole opened up about her relationship with Michael Strahan of the New York Giants. She says Strahan has everything she wants in man. She thought after being with Eddie Murphy for almost 20 years and having five children, she would never find love again. But, she has, and she is very happy. Nicole also discussed Eddie Murphy. Despite his baby momma drama with Mel B, he is a wonderful person and a great father.

Tyler Perry is getting ready to unveil his latest production, the Madea cartoon. Yes, the Madea cartoon! Tyler will create, write, produce and provide the voice of the animated “Madea.” In less than a month, Tyler’s latest movie, Meet The Browns, opens in theatres with Angela Bassett and Rick Fox.

Kirstie Alley says she will not stop the battle of losing weight despite being dropped by Jenny Craig as their spokesperson. Alley, who is known for her public battles with her weight, is planning to launch her own weight loss brand. She says it will debut next year. Alley says she wants to create something new to help people lose weight.

The Michael Jackson Thriller comeback is not doing well. The reissued remix version of his classic Thriller is not selling. This year marks the 25th anniversary, but Michael will not do what is necessary to promote the project. If it isn’t his outrageous demands, he starts to have panic attacks, and he won’t appear in public. He was supposed to be at the Grammy Awards, but the producers were so fed up with his demands and antics, they scrapped the entire Thriller segment. Michael is also facing scrutiny about how he is raising his children. Sources say Prince Michael, 11, and Paris, 9, are not allowed to eat sweets because he doesn’t want them to get fat like their mother Debbie Rowe. The children are only allowed healthy food choices, no sweets. Sources say he weighs them regularly and counts their calories.

Erykah Badu has got a new job. She’s going to be the new spokesperson for Designer Tom Ford’s new fragrance.

How much is a baby picture worth. If you are Jennifer Lopez, it could get you millions of dollars. The twin babies of Jennifer Lopez and March Anthony will be featured in an upcoming issue of People magazine, and they could be getting between four and six million dollars. Nicole Richie is getting a million for her baby daughter Harlow. Halle Berry is due this spring. I’m sure she will be getting a lot of money as well.

Actress Sanaa Lathan is gearing up for a busy month. She has been added to the cast of Tyler Perry’s new movie, The Family That Preys Together. Jennifer Hudson is also starring. Lathan says she enjoyed working on the TV remake of the classic A Raisin In The Sun with Sean Diddy Combs and Phylicia Rashad. She says at this point in her career, it is a blessing to be working.

R&B Singer Tank, best known for the hit songs Heartbreaker and Please Don’t Go, is recuperating from injuries he suffered after getting into an altercation with police. Tank was attending a party during the NBA All Star festivities in New Orleans. When he left with his manager, a scuffle happened and somehow Tank got involved. When all was said and done, Tank was beaten, tasered and arrested. He was booked on three separate charges. He has been released on bail. There has been no word on whether he will sue authorities.

Is there a new billionaire in the life of Supermodel Naomi Campbell? According to published reports, Campbell is engaged to Brazilian billionaire that she met less than a month ago.

American Idol Winner Jordin Sparks will be joining Alicia Keys on her latest our. The duo is scheduled to be in Philly on April 20th at the Liacouras Center. Speaking of Alicia, Lexus is sponsoring this upcoming tour. Now that the producers of VH1 know the truth about their reality show star, will they finally see the light and stop The Flavor Of Love madness. This show is so fake. Flav claims he is looking for love, but he is only looking for money. Flavor Flav doesn’t care about these women, just ask previous winners Hoopz and Deelishis. Flav is looking to get paid. He is currently engaged to a woman who is expecting his 8th child. The folks at VH1 know this, but there is nothing they can do because he already cashed the check for season number three.

Isaac Hayes and John Legend have been added to the cast of the movie Soul Men. Sean Hayes of Will And Grace fame will also be featured in the movie about two soul legends who reluctantly go on a reunion tour. The movie stars Bernie Mac and Samuel L. Jackson as the aging soul legends. The movie will be directed by Malcolm Lee (Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins, The Best Man). The movie opens in theatres Oct. 10th.

The first Annual BET Honors will air February 22nd on BET. Dr. Cornel West, Tyra Banks and Alicia Keys are among the honorees. Cedric The Entertainer will be hosting. The night will feature special performances by Jill Scott, Gladys Knight, Raheem DeVaughn, John Legend, Wyclef Jean, Stevie Wonder and Ne-Yo.

The ABC movie, Raisin In The Sun, airs Monday, February 25th. It stars Sean John (P Diddy Combs), Audra McDonald, Sanaa Lathan, Phylicia Rashad and John Stamos.

Oprah Winfrey’s new reality show, Oprah’s Big Give, debuts March 2nd on ABC. Oprah’s Designer Nate Berkus will be the host of the show, and Chris Rock’s wife, Malaak Compton Rock, will serve as a judge. Oprah will be having a lot of her celebrity friends appear on the show such as Natalie Cole, Donald Trump, Jada Pinkett Smith, John Travolta and Jennifer Aniston. On The Big Give, ten people will have a chance to travel around the world and help other people. Whoever is the best giver, will win the big prize for their favorite charity.

March 7th - College Road Trip starring Martin Lawrence and Raven Symone in theatres.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductions take place March 10th. Philly’s own Gamble and Huff will be inducted into the Hall of Fame with The Ahmet Ertegun Award.

Get ready for Sex And The City, the movie. The movie opens in theatres May 30th.

Martin Lawrence is also gearing up for a busy 2008. Lawrence has two big movie projects coming out: College Road Trip with Raven Symone opening in theatres March 7th.

Harrison Ford returns as “Indiana Jones” in the new movie, Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull. Despite being in his 60’s, Ford can still do the wild stunts. The movie opens in theatres May 22nd.

Singer Maxwell is back but not with a new album. Maxwell will be starring in a new ad campaign for Gap Clothing.

Actor Laurence Fishburne is headed to Broadway. Fishburne will be starring in a one man show based on the life of Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall. Previews start April 12th.

Mariah Carey’s new album, E=MC2, arrives in stores April 15th. The lead single is a song called Touch My Body.

Will Smith’s I Am Legend is coming out on DVD April 8th.
