Baby, baby, where did our love go, or what went
wrong with the publicity stunt? Both sides are
making accusations after the breakup of Eddie Murphy
and Tracey Edmonds. Was Edmonds a gold digger who
refused to sign a prenup? Was Murphy a controlling
jerk who always had to have his way? Eddie Murphy’s
mom, Lillian, is said to be thrilled her son isn’t
marrying that B----! Mrs. Murphy considered Edmonds
a gold-digger who was just after Eddie’s own money.
Reps for Edmonds claim she didn’t need Murphy’s
money. She is a successful film producer and has
produced hit reality shows on the BET network. Was
she using Murphy to advance her own career? Edmonds
says no way! She has her money, courtesy of
ex-husband, Producer Babyface. Edmonds is getting a
hefty alimony from “Face,” and sources say she
didn’t want to give it up risking a marriage with
Murphy. The two claim they will remain friends, but
shortly after releasing their prepared statement,
the accusations started flying. Who was using who?
Close friends of Babyface say he is relieved about
the situation. Yes, he may have to continue paying
alimony, but he was always worried about the well
being of his two young, influential sons by Edmonds.
He wasn’t thrilled with the idea that they would be
living in Murphy’s house. In the meantime, Spice
Girl Mel B is having a good laugh. Murphy put her
through it with their daughter Angel Iris. Mel knows
first hand how he really is.
Our condolences go out to Singer Usher whose father,
Usher Raymond III, died. Usher’s dad died last
weekend.

her first Oscar nomination for her role in American
Gangster as Denzel’s mom. At press time, the writers
strike was still going on and the big question is

awards show is scheduled for February 24th.
One awards show that will go on is the Grammy
Awards. The 50th Annual Grammy Awards are set for

VH-1. The show, From G’s to Gents, will debut this
spring.
Even though he was basically cleared of any
wrongdoing in the death of Dr. Donda West, Dr. Jan
Adams says his practice has been ruined. An autopsy
revealed that Kanye West’s mom died from heart
disease coupled with complications from plastic
surgery. Dr. West had a tummy tuck, breast reduction
and lipo in a plastic surgery operation in November.
Dr. West died a day later. Dr. Jan has been the
subject of numerous malpractice suits, two D.U.I.
arrests and he is not a board certified plastic
surgeon. Dr. Jan is beginning to speak to the media
about those accusations, but not about Dr. West.
The King legacy lives on. Martin Luther King, III
has revealed that he and his wife of two years are
expecting their first child, a girl, this spring.

Country on the Country Music channel.
Wesley Snipes has an explanation for his tax
troubles. The Blade star says he tried to pay his
taxes, but he got locked up. Plus, he claims he was
confused on how to file his tax returns. The
prosecution says these are just excuses. He was
trying to defraud the government out of millions of
dollars. If convicted, Snipes could faces up to 16
years in jail.

year’s Superbowl festivities. Abdul will be
performing a new song, but don’t look for any live
singing. Her vocals will be enhanced.
Drugs did in Ike Turner. An autopsy report claims it
was cocaine overdoes that killed him. The ex-husband
of Tina Turner died late last year at the age of 76.
Reps for the family say Turner’s battle with drugs
was an ongoing struggle.
80’s Pop Star George Michael is ready to tell all.
Michael was best known for his work with the pop
group Wham and his fabulous solo career. When he was
on top of his game, he sold over 80 million records.
Michael, 44, signed a multi-million dollar book
deal, and he is expected to tell everything. What
happened to his career? Drugs and public sex
episodes have lead to his downfall. Michael loves to
smoke weed. He says it keeps him happy and sane.

How much does Shaquille O’Neal spend in a month? His
monthly expenses were recently listed as part of his
divorce proceedings, and let’s just say you need big
money to hang with Shaq. Shaq pays $22,000 a month
for maid services and a whopping $1,500 a month for
the cable bill. Think you’re paying too much for
gas? How about $23,000 a month for gas for your line
of cars? And, what about dropping $17,000 a month on
clothes? Apparently, Shaq has a lot of money because
he is willing to give his wife Shaunie. Anything she
wants, as long as she doesn’t write a tell all about
their life together.

Someone needs to tell this up and coming football
star that you can’t turn a ho into a housewife. Will
he come to his senses before it’s too late?
This former Supermodel wants everyone to think she
is lonely and in need of a man. What a farce! She is
far from lonely. Not only does she have a man who is
much older than her, but she rearranged her life to
be closer to him.
